Focusing his black and white photographs on male appearance, Fred Goudon became known in particular for the creation of several editions of the sulfurous calendar Les Dieux du Stade composed of portraits of the players of the Stade Français, a rugby union club. For more than 20 years, he has offered a mixture of lightness, second degree and sublimation of the male body through each of his images, from the most modest snapshot to the most accomplished composition.
